Downloading and installing Childsplay

Windows users can download the zip version when they have Python and SDL installed on their system. If you don't know if you have Python etc, just download the .exe installer, it has everything builtin. The current installer is compiled with all the available language packs.

Requirements:

Python 2.1 or higher - www.python.org
pygame 1.6 or higher - www.pygame.org
SDL libraries: SDL1.2 SDL-image1.2, SDL-ttf2.0, SDL-mixer1.2
Libogg0

Advice from the pygame install doc: "Installation: You should definitely begin by installing a binary package for your system. The binary packages usually come with or give the information needed for dependencies."

Please read the manual that comes with pygame, SDL, and Python if you're gonna install from source.
